IMPROV – CORPORATE TRAINING – Walter has led team building workshops and seminars for groups from Morgan Stanley, AT&T, AMEX, UBS, UNILEAVER, JOHNSON & JOHNSON and so many others. Level One classes get teams working and laughing together playing Improv games and exercises. Level Two and beyond includes detailed/specialized conflict resolution and other customized needs for your team. IMPROV – STUDENT WORKSHOPS and RESIDENCIES: Mr. Frasier and his staff teach Improv classes at K-12 schools and colleges all over the NYC area including our home theater in Times Square. These programs are a must for any performing talent of the future, of course, but also for any student. Improv is the study of life. Students learn how to work as a team to solve problems as they create scenes. Communication skills are key for any child or university student. Learn to better communicate one-on-one and in front of a crowd. And in the K-12 programs, Improv inspires literacy, reintroducing students to the classics in a way they can excited about Shakespeare and literature. Our residency programs all end with a performance showcase that the students produce under our direction.

EDUCATIONAL THEATER DIRECTOR – Mr Frasier brings a vast performance experience behind the scenes directing theater. In addition to the Improv Show, Walter has directed High School productions of Much Ado About Nothing, Pirates of Penzance, Fiddler on the Roof, and Bye Bye Birdie. Also, Mr. Frasier has produced and directed numerous talent shows and cabaret performance. Back in college, Walter began his directing ambitions with a student production of Lion in Winter.
